Six ministers — Manish Sisodia, Somnath Bharti, Rakhi Birla, Satyendra Jain, Saurabh Bharadwaj, Girish Soni – also took oath of office and secrecy at the ceremony.

After the ceremony,Arvind  Kejriwal Sworn visited Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial Rajghat to pay homage.

Earlier in the day Kejriwal boarded the metro from Kaushambi Station to take oath at the Ramlila Maidan as hundreds of people jostled with each other to board the train with him.

As the youngest CM of Delhi, a political novice and the leader of a minority government, Kejriwal faces many challenges. But the new Delhi CM looks set to prove everyone wrong like he did in the polls where he managed to defeat Shiela Dikshit in a constituency from which she won multiple times.

Kerjiwal will travel by Metro from his house in Ghaziabad Kaushambi to reach Barakhamba Road from where he will reach Ramlila Maidan by his car for the ceremony which is scheduled at noon.
Kejriwal and the other AAP MLAs will take the metro from Kaushambi. He has also made it clear that no VIP passes have been issued to anyone and the ceremony is open for all “aam aadmis” (common people). He added that his family will also reach the venue just like the other citizens.

According to the sources, Kejriwal has requested VIP passes for Anna Hazare, Kiran Bedi and former Karnataka Lokayukta Santosh Hegde from Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung.
